We were thoroughly up and started into our day by the time we usually start hitting the snooze button. We were early for work.
We had time to make breakfast and lunch.
On the other hand, it's not even 9 pm, and I'm feeling ready for bed. It's going to take my body some getting used to getting up early to exercise in the morning.
I actually prefer exercising in the morning, it gets me up and jump started. If I wait until after work, I can usually find some kind of excuse why not to go.
So, if you see me up past 10:30 for the next week, remind me to go to bed.
