Hi Gwen,

What a lovely tree! I'm sad to have missed it in all its glory.

There's always next year!
It's up until at least Epiphany every year.
(okay, so it's still up today, but it's naked, and just waiting to be taken to the recycle).

And while repacking the christmas stuff, I found all kinds of glorious things that didn't make it to the tree this year.

Must have bigger tree next year!

Oh yes, I must find a way to see next year's tree...
In person would be MUCH better

Is that clear roundish one
about halfway up near the middle a Lifesavers ornament?
I have one. :) It adorned my Jade tree this year with the rest of the mishmash ornaments, because my actual Xmas tree was all matching and shit.

Lotta glass to have in a kittied household. *heh*

The clear round one...
..is a company one from Eddie Bauer, late 80s.
I just like it because it's heavy and crystal and reflects light nicely.

Sophia did a great job with the tree. Most of the lower ornaments were fairly non-breakable, and there were only a few that really capitivated her.
I made those so she could just take them off. I wish I'd gotten a picture of her carrying the apple around. It was really cute--kitten with a plastic apple dangling from her mouth. I think she was more interested in the gold cord it hung from.
