Been out of it for a couple days, down and out with a major hit of something that didn't sit well in my digestive system. Nothing like puking in the bathroom at work to a) get sympathy and b) make your co-workers ask you if you're pregnant (having not quite finished puking at that point, I simply didn't care, I could be, I don't know, and time will tell). I hate throwing up more than just about anything on earth. Hate it hate it hate it. Took the bus home (the longest 45 minutes I've spent in a while), and installed myself on the sofa in the den. John brought me diet Sprite and sympathy, and let me sleep for the better part of two days. This morning, I woke up and felt absolutely normal.
We went out to see "Tim and Eric Awesome ShowTour (great job) tonight at the Crocodile. It was a lot of fun--if you've seen the show (I'd link to the website, but it starts up with audio, so go find it yourself, but be warned), it was much like the show, only combined with live bits. Silly, over the top and a lot of fun. Afterwards, tomato basil soup at Minnies, and the evening was complete.
Tomorrow, I get to hang out with my former co-worker from Texas, which will be nice. I miss talking with her almost every day. She's coming up for a not-so-pleasant open enrollment presentation, so I hope we can have a fun day tomorrow doing fun Seattle stuff. :)
