Today, that's very very true.
The morning started out kind of gray, bordering on mist, but not enough to put up an umbrella or hood.
By the time I got to work, it was breezy and sunny.
Turned around after a meeting, and it looked like Mordor out there--black and roiling clouds.
Then the rain began to fall--blowing sideways in sheets, it was raining so hard that Queen Anne wasn't visible (I have a killer view from my office--down 6th Avenue, over the EMP and Queen Anne).
Now, big huge clouds to the north, white billowly clouds racing by and lots of blue sky in between.
Please, oh please let it be dry for the Solstice Parade tomorrow. I don't see torrential downpour and body-painted bicyclists as a good combination!
