Gym: Day 1 (of many)

Last night was our first "real" night at the gym.

I was a little surprised how busy it was at 9 pm on a Monday night, but still lots of machines to go around.

Despite my minor aches, I made it through the whole routine, including doing all three sets of ab crunches, even though my abs were screaming for mercy after two sets.

Only 2 2/3rd weeks to go until I earn my Shuffle. My iPod is wonderful, but the shuffle would be even easier to download workout mixes.
