Furnace is old, but functional. We're not going to nickel and dime with them. We waived any contingent stuff from inspection, and now it's all downhill to closing in 31 days! :)

the thing about fixing the Big Stuff like furnaces is, chances are they wouldn't put in the kind you would, so you might as well keep that under you control. same goes for roof, driveway, walkways and so on...
