Wings

Owie...for a good cause.

We went back to the gym this weekend. Hooray for us! It's a new gym, PureFitness, just a couple miles from our house, and I think we're going to like it.

We both met with our trainers on Saturday afternoon and started to design our workout programs. Today, I ache in places I'd forgotten could hurt. But it's a good thing, because it tells me that I did work. (and it's not *that* bad, just a reminder that , wow, yes, I did use that muscle).

I've got goals. And I've got the knowledge and tools to reach them.

This is a good thing.
