Going the Distance!

Woo hoo! I swam half a mile last night! And didn't feel like I was going to die immediately afterward. It's amazing to me that in less than three weeks, I've nearly doubled the distance I go during a workout. I must thank my swimming drill sargeant, Mark. He keeps me motivated and smiling about it.

Had a rocky morning this morning, inspired by back-to-back-to-back episodes of Clean Sweep this weekend, I started sorting clothes and stuff from the bedroom. Unfortunately, the weekend ended before I finished the sort, and now the dining room looks like a Clean Sweep Before Picture. So of course, this morning, I started looking for something and couldn't find it. I was running late for work, frustrated at not being able to find something that I thought was *right there*, got more than snippy and sensitive with my sweetie, and had to calm down on the way to work.

Got to work, realized I was over-reacting in a big way, called and apologized, but now have firm plans to finish cleaning this mess by the weekend. Ginger Peach Tea helps, too.

Now, to get to these work things piled up on my desk. It's payroll time, yippee!

Tell Me Something I Don't Know.

And we'll share it with the world.

Ray Rayner, a fixture of my childhood, has died. Reading the article about it brought back all kinds of memories, including one that many of you may not know about.

When I was 5, I went to Bozo's Circus. I played the Grand Prize Game. Yes, on the televised show. I only got to the 3rd bucket, but I still have the Bozo the Clown wall plaque and the giant-sized (well, to a 5 year old) Cuddly Dudley that I won.

So, tell me something about you....

Tell me something I don't know about you:
