Wings

A little less each week...

...that's the goal. To weigh a little less each week.

2 more pounds gone this week, proving that, with planning, you can have your cake (and wine) and eat (and drink) it too!

I'm staring 30 pounds gone in the eye. I'm going to get there soon.

(have I mentioned that I ran 5 blocks, without stopping, this morning. 5 blocks! For me, that's amazing!)
