Amazingly Awake.

I just need to remember how nice it feels *after* I've worked out in the morning. It just doesn't always seem worth it at 5 o'clock dark getting up....especially, when you walk outside and discover that you need to scrape the car windows before you can leave.

But it feels great once it is done.

Are you doing OK? Is it OK to ask when were your hours changed? What to?

Personally, I'm getting awfully discouraged looking for other work out in the world, and more so looking at what's laying in my path... I glad you have a more options to look into.

Old news.
As you know, my hours were changed to 8:30 to 5:30, because, apparently, working from 7:30 to 4:30 gives the perception of not working hard, because you're not here late. At least to the one person that it seems to matter to, even though he's not even in my chain-of-command.

I'll keep hoping for good things to come your way. I sent you one I think you might be interested in (but sent it to AV mail, and you'd probably already have left for the weekend.)

Re: Old news.
You said... it's amazing to me that one person's narrow vision can shove so much out of kilter, and create so much inefficiency. Makes me wonder what happened to "Work smarter, not harder". This is all very wierd... we're not working for the progressive small company with the great product and nice people anymore, are we Dorothy? *sigh* Makes me sad.

Thanks for crossing the fingers and sending the posting. I'm there 930 to 300 now, so I miss a lot of stuff. Maybe I'll log into work and check it from home... I think I remember how to do that.
