Available to a good home...

I have three Avon Wedgewood Christmas plates, 1973 "Christmas on the Farm", 1978 "Trimming the Tree" and 1979 "Dashing Thru the Snow"

Anyone want them? They're yours, free. They're in good condition, no chips or cracks. The 1973 and 1978 ones are still in their boxes, the other has lost its cover.

If I have to ship them, you pay shipping. Just cleaning out the closet.

Let me know!

I'll pull them out for a picture when I get home.
The borders are light blue/light green, with gold edging.

They're really quite pretty plates. I'd rather they go to a good home than goodwill. :)

that's what I was thinking.

Okay, I got lazy and looked for other people's pictures.

1978 & 1979

At one point, I was going to do a big plate collection, but I think I'm over that now. :)

Re: Plates...
how's the weather up there? everything here is coated in a quarter inch of ice.

the trees are making a crinkling sound in the wind.

Re: Plates...
It's just wet and 42 here. Not much slush in sight.

We lucked out and didn't get any ice up here in the city. Just south of the city, there's quite a bit.

Re: Plates...
it's a mess down here... about 6 inches of slush, over water.

Brian did make it in to the office today. It took him an hour, normally his commute is 15minutes.

but if one of my friends would like them, I'll give them away. :)
