5 cups nuts (pecans, walnuts, filberts were what I had)
1 egg white
1 tsp water
3/4 C sugar
2 Tablespoons Curry Powder
Heat oven to 250. Toast nuts for approximately 10 minutes (until they start to smell good!)
Meanwhile, beat egg white and water until frothy. Add toasted nuts, sprinkle with sugar and curry powder, mix well.
Place in single layer on lightly greased (I used cooking spray) pan. Bake at 250 for approximately 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
