When we were going through my folks' pictures, looking for pictures for their memorial services, my sister and I found a really neat set of pictures taken in a photobooth—probably in the 60s.

John just scanned one of the pictures. We're enlarging it a little, and going to frame it for my sister as a Christmas present. (Sorry, kasha it's late, but that's acceptable in my family.)

I just wanted to share it with y'all. It's a little big so it's here:

Mom & Dad Photobooth

There's also a silly one of my mom and my grandma. But that's for another day. :)

that's so sweet
I especially love the bottom one. It's like they're sharing some delicious secret.

Those are wonderful! I love how your Mom looks like she's caving to your Dad behind her, like she was trying to be serious while he had this sort of wicked smile, and then finally he got her to laugh.

That is so very, very cool.

I know, I'm horrible. It is the one thing that gets me crazy at Christmas.
Unless one is celebrating the 12 days of Christmas? Heh.

Precious Pictures!!

Oh, and Meg? I found your Christmas present when I got home....I'll eventually get it finished...I promise.

Thanks for the box that you sent! It got to the parent's house on the 26th, so I opened it before we left. Cute, and looks YUMMY!
