I officially hit my 30 pound loss mark.
It's taken a good long while--since May 8--but it's slowly and surely coming off.
This time, it's for real. Unlike the other 15 times in the past 20 years that I've started to Weight Watchers. I've stayed on the program (more or less) for 30 weeks, and it's becoming habit, which is a good thing.
Yay! 12% less Meg.
