It's the nature of reunions, finger food, that you balance on a plate, while you gesticulate and talk with the other hand, and hope that you don't slop your wine.
But I did kinda think about what I was eating, and ate more fruit than desserts, and tried to avoid the fried stuff.
And I lost weight! Woo hoo! Lost the pound I'd gained last week, and another one besides.
My new goal is to be under 200 by New Years. I believe I can do this.
