WW Update

Week 10 (if you count the first two that just got me to where I started at) and I've lost 16.8 pounds. Down 2.2 this week. I think I really see a correlation between more weight loss in the weeks that we work out at least once or twice, as compared to the weeks we make excuses and never get to the gym.

I earned my 3rd gold star. Yay!

I can do this.
