Hrm. That recipe didn't make as much jam as I thought. 10 cups of rhubarb (well, 8 cups of rhubarb, 2 cups of marionberries) yielded 3 1/2 12 ounce jars of jam. It's pretty tasty, though, if I say so myself.
And the color? Gorgeous!
I think maybe I should make more jams and jellies. Every couple of years I think I'm going to do it during the year and pack homemade gift baskets for the holidays. Maybe this is the year!
