Weight Watchers: Day 15

Despite a couple days where I didn't track my points, I marched my not-so-little butt to Weight Watchers. I'd noticed, that even on the days I felt like I "blew it", I didn't eat as much as I might have, had I not been thinking about Weight Watchers.

So, this week, I'm back down that .4 pounds that I gained last week.

It's not much, but it's a start. :)

I'm sucking at WW this week. I convinced myself it wouldn't work. I don't know why, I'm just loony. So I went on a binge. And I just might miss my weigh in this week. Anyway, it's good you're getting there!

Go ahead and weigh in. It's the habit of being accountable for it that really gets you hooked.

I wasn't expecting to lose anything this week, so I'm totally happy with the .4 loss.

Oh I had to quit Boot Camp! It was getting to be way too hard on my back, and even the trainer was noticing me limp along. We decided they'd save my money for another boot camp, and the trainer would start working with me one on one.

That's cool (in the way that the trainer noticed, and that you don't want to wreck yourself trying to do something your body does want to do).

We *so* need to get back to the gym. We planned to do that this week, but with John being horizontal all week, it didn't happen.

There's always next week, right?
