Woo hoo! My inner 6 year old is hoppy!

It's a snow day in the Queen Anne Neighborhood of Seattle.

The roads are closed, so I'm staying home. There's not a lot of snow, yet, but it's supposed to snow all day.

Life is good.

Making oatmeal and hot chocolate.

I hope we get enough snow to make a snowman.

it started snowing here in the middle of the night. it's very dry, fine snow, so it's drifting and blowing around. temps are around 15 degrees...

like all the kookie radfords, I went out this morning to feed the birds. they come to the terrace every morning, when they see the lights are on in the kitchen. so, i figured if they were hale and hardy enough to look for bird seed, i could bundle up and throw some out there! when the wind gusts, the all do the edge of the retaining wall, where I guess the force of the wind is not so strong.

AV Closed!
Didja see the news? They actually closed Active Voice! How cool is that. Have fun playing in the snow. We've gotten about 4 inches or more already and it's still coming down heavily. I can't believe the forecast calls for rain tonight? Yea right.....

hugs :)

WOO!!!
Can your inner 6 year old send my inner 6 year old some snow?
HRF and I would like at least a half an inch to make it to the ground...

Is that asking too much?

(it's supposed to get down to 17 tonight. SEVENTEEN degrees is DAyum cold for us southerners....)
